The waffles were delicious and nicely arranged. The employee was nice and gave us good advice and explained exactly which products are available at which price.

Today we went to Happy Waffel for the first time. We ordered in front and then waited for them to bring us our order. Three times they brought us something that we hadn't even ordered and claimed that we wanted it. Quite unfriendly. In addition, the cutlery was also very dirty. There were many stains on the knife as well as on the fork. I mean, when you open a waffle shop, you should watch out for little things like this. I wouldn't recommend it here! Kind regards Lay

Very bad shop. Unfriendly staff and unable to look after guests. Employees are more likely to use their work to meet up with friends and play their favorite music over the shop boxes than to take care of guests. You wait a long time, hear the private conversations of the employees super loud and you are only served when the employees feel like it. There were families with children in the shop and loud German rap people turned on and roared around. In addition, 17 € paid for two waffles and two cokes. Never again.

So price performance is very bad. I ordered a waffle with white chocolate as a sauce and children's chocolate and paid € 4.90. I have attached the product as a photo.

The waffles taste really delicious, in a very natural way. In contrast to Wonder Waffel or other competitors, the waffles here don't taste too powerful, but still fill you up. And I think it's all the better that they don't taste too sweet, but rather normal sweet. The food is more pleasant to the stomach in any case: DI will definitely stop by now more often. TOP store

I don't understand the bad reviews. It is clear that when young people start their own business, not everything goes well. But they try everything to make things go well and customers. The employees are young, good-looking and do their job. It will all work out. The main thing is that the waffle tastes good and everything is clean and freshly prepared. You have to give them a chance and support young entrepreneurs. Keep it up and a big compliment to the staff !!!! Keep it up.

It would be better to hire specialists from the catering industry or to have fun at work in general, so that the cash register doesn't just ring when the new store opens. Just ordered a waffel that takes about 30 to 35 mins, waited paitently for my order and noticed that the kitchen is not organized, they do not even know who ordered and which table. Chaos it is. Just also want to know why don't they wear their mask properly?? Price is just ok but the service and food quality not that good.
